It sets out not only the 6 major challenges to be met in view of the latest developments and their impact, but also the 6 concrete answers to a criminal phenomenon that is intensifying, particularly as a result of geopolitical chaos in certain areas of the planet and is renewing itself in modern forms, adapted to new information and communication technologies.
