The Human Right to Privacy: A Gender Perspective

The report discusses gender issues arising in the digital era from the perspective of the human right to privacy, and their impacts on women, men and individuals of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, gender expressions and sex characteristics. It was presented to the March 2019 meeting of the Human Rights Council by the Special Rapporteur on the Right to Privacy.
