In this report, the Observatory of gender equality in culture and communication presents data covering the diversity of sectors that form the field of culture and communication: heritage, artistic creation, cinema, audio-visual sector, books, and press. In its first part, the Observatory reports on the situation in the services of the Ministry and its operators. In its second part, the report presents data concerning the field of culture and communication, and the multiple disciplines they include. Each of the chapters has an introductory paragraph which recalls the legal and regulatory context on which parity is based: legislation on civil service provisions, representation of women on the boards of administration and advisory bodies, ministerial protocol on professional equality, law for real equality between women and men, etc.
