Place of women civil servants in positions of responsibility in public administration in Morocco

Ce présent rapport mesure l’ampleur des inégalités entre les sexes dans l’administration publique marocaine en général et tout particulièrement au niveau des postes de responsabilité, aussi bien sur le plan quantitatif que sur le plan qualitatif, en analysant le «plafond de verre» caractérisant l’état des lieux. Ce faisant, ce rapport avance certaines recommandations, ressorties de l’analyse de l’existant, dans la perspective de l’amélioration de la place de la femme fonctionnaire dans les postes de responsabilité.
