For one to be able to make informed choices regarding his/her sex life, it is necessary to have access to information and to be accompanied to go beyond the stereotypes involved in the construction of gender inequalities and sexuality. This repository presents the approach of the French Movement for Family Planning (MFPF) to sex education. This approach combines scientific knowledge about sexuality and knowledge based on field experiences, learnings opportunities and meetings. It is based on a global and positive definition of sexuality, and also discloses scientific knowledge as well as international, European and French frameworks, which ensure the quality of family planning interventions.
