In the world, the poorest human being is a woman ... In terms of human rights, women are the most marginalized. Even though the situation is improving in many countries, women are still less educated, less paid, less recognized in their work than men, and so on.

In this issue, the newsletter Equité - a publication of the organization Artisans du Monde- qnd based on findings of the illusion of equality, denounces the patriarchal model of liberalism, stresses the links between fair trade and equality and provides to each reader, information and models to enable the world to move towards equality.
