The purpose of this toolkit is to contribute to structuring and improving the practices of gender and development trainers. The specific objective of this tool is to guide the practice of training by proposing ethical, pedagogical, methodological and content benchmarks. These benchmarks, which are evolving, define a minimum foundation of principles, commitments and skills for gender trainers. The repository is useful for those who sponsor, design, prepare and / or lead a training in gender and development.
