This report aims to highlight all the rights of women that are guaranteed by the national and international legal and regulatory arsenal, look into their application in institutional mechanisms and public policies in force in all civil, political, economic, social and cultura. The report also analyzes different examples of public policy in Morocco, while emphasizing the economic and social exclusion of the most vulnerable women and girls, and violations of women’s rights.
The report also provides a set of preliminary conclusions on the progress, constraints and challenges of equality and parity in Morocco.
