This report was prepared pursuant to Article 145 of the French Rules by the Committee on Foreign Affairs concluding the work of an information mission set up on 24 October 2017 on the place of women’s rights in French diplomacy.
The report presents 100 proposals for a "feminist diplomacy" suggesting that this diplomacy should be exemplary, launch pilot initiatives; dedicate a central place to funding; and treat the place of women through thematic priorities in major political, societal and environmental transitions.
