This thesis studies the most important aspects that help women’s institutions participate in the formulation of policies and strategic plans, by focusing on their area of operation, work priorities and strategies, and their visions for the future, as well as their references, and target groups, and their relationship with the government, in addition to the results that they achieved in terms of improving the status of women and their involvement in public life and in the committees of development planning.

The study aims at reviewing and assessing the status of women’s organizations in the Palestinian territories in order to come up with a plan to involve them in the formulation of development plans, in addition to diagnosing and analyzing the objective reasons that prevent the participation of women’s institutions in development planning.
