This bibliography has been done within the framework of the Research seminar organized by the RUSEMEG: "Violence against women and gender-based violence" that took place at the Faculty of Letters, Arts and Humanities of Manouba in Tunis on 8 and 9 October 2015. This seminary is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacity of equality actors”, of the project “Women for the future in the Mediterranean” funded by the Priority Solidarity Fund of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.

The Research seminar aimed to provide a cross-reflection on gender-based violence and to initiate more research on this issue, through the dissemination of existing research projects. Several researchers presented interventions on violence in the family and domestic environment as well as national and international violence exerted on all scales (wartime rape, sex tourism, etc.). The fact that the bill against violence against women is being drafted in Tunisia was also mentioned.
