The objective of this interministerial plan is to achieve a culture of real equality between women and men at work. The measures it contains are intended to foster, disseminate, evaluate and modernize public action in favor of professional equality. These include sectoral mixing plans, accompaniment of the social partners in their negotiations on the articulation of working time, an awareness of employers on the new prohibition of sexist behavior and an offer of care adapted to the needs of parents who are distant from employment.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
