The Third Inter-Ministerial Plan against Violence against Women had brought together a very large number of measures (61 measures), the follow-up of which had been only partially carried out before the creation of a Ministry for Women’s Rights. As the Minister had promised, this 4th Plan was built on a smaller number of priorities (3 priorities) to which the Government is committed is accountable for, particularly with regard to Parliament. These three priorities are: Organizing public action around a simple principle of action which stipulates that no declared violence should remain unanswered; Protecting victims; And Mobilizing the entire society.
