This study is based on the OECD report "Women in Business: Policies to Support Women Entrepreneurship Development in the MENA Region," which provides an overview and recommendations for advancing support for women's entrepreneurship in the region. The region is also distinguished by a level of women's entrepreneurship and, more generally, by women's participation in economic life, which is much lower than that of men. What policies, institutional structures and initiatives exist in different countries to promote the economic involvement of women? How can they be improved? You will find this answers in this study.
