The 2016 edition of the Women, Enterprise and Law Report, fourth in the series, provides data on barriers to entrepreneurship and employment for women in 173 economies. The report highlights the overall data on laws and regulations affecting the promotion of women as entrepreneurs and facilitates economic comparison. It is hoped that this resource will inform policy research and discussion on improving women's economic opportunities and outcomes.
