The report consists of three main parts: 1- Moroccan Conventional Practice and Legal Dichotomy; 2- Equality and parity in economic, social and cultural rights and 3- Public policies and their impact on the most vulnerable women. The report assesses the situation of women and the gender relations at each axis, and presents several recommendations aimed at protecting the principles of equality and parity.
