The aim of this guide is to inform all health professionals about violence against women, highlighting their seriousness and emphasizing existing mechanisms for better care. The guide aims to support health professionals in their decision-making in the face of violence that affects all socio-cultural backgrounds. The guide also provides an overview of the legislative framework for the different types of violence: verbal violence, sexual violence and sexual mutilation.
