As stipulated by the Act of 12 March 2012 and specified in the Memorandum of Understanding of 8 March 2013, the Annual Report on Professional Equality between Women and Men in the Public Service presents gender-based data and analysis on the sides of civil service. This report is presented annually to the Joint Council of the Civil Service and then sent to Parliament. This edition of the report presents the current state of equality policy in 2015, lessons learned from the practice of public employers, as well as numerous gender statistics.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
