In this informative report, adopted by the National Assembly on July 20th 2016, Ms Catherine Coutelle, President of the Women's Rights Delegation of the National Assembly, focuses on professional equality in the public service. The report considers it necessary to continue deconstructing gender stereotypes in order to enable women to take up all positions of responsibility and to advance equality between women and men in the political field, as well as in the whole of society. According to the report, the place of women in politics can only be complete if they succeed in changing attitudes and behaviors, and fighting against gender stereotypes at an early age.
