The UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women has the task of verifying the proper implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDEF / CEDAW) by States Which have signed and ratified it. On this occasion, the associations of the examined State may submit to the members of the committee a "counter-report" to the government report. This document is called a submission. This is the report that the LDH and the FIDH submitted to the Committee. The report contains a number of recommendations, such as improving the training of judges and lawyers; increasing the number of places in shelters and social reintegration (CHRS); and the adaptation of gender studies in universities to a pedagogy adapted to the age of the children and included in the school curricula.
