The present report aims at drawing the Committee’s attention to France's state of compliance with its extraterritorial obligations under the CEDAW Convention in two areas: arms exports and due diligence with regards to the activities of French multinational companies outside of France. The report also looks into the impact of French testing of the nuclear weapon in French Polynesia.
