This document presents I’m Here, an operationalApproach for humanitarian actors, to reach the most vulnerable adolescent girls, and to be accountable to their safety, health, and well-being from the start of a response to crisis. The approach provides humanitarians with the steps and field tools to:Proactively identify girls; Assess their needs;Build effective programs.The approach has been field tested in 6 crisis-affected countries (Lenanon, Egypt, South Sudan, Iraq, Nigeria and Turkey).
