This document provides an unofficial English translation of the 2004 Moroccan Family Law (Moudawana). This translation tries to provide as faithfully as possible the original Arabic text, therefore it gives a literal translation to the articles and content of the Moroccan Family Law. It aims to be a useful tool for researchers, NGOs and public authorities interested in family law and the rights of women in Morocco.
