This manifesto, which was issued by several civil society organizations in Egypt, aims to follow-up, monitor and evaluate the’ ‘National Strategy to Combat Violence against Women'', that was launched by the National Council of Women in May 2015. The undersigned organizations made several recommendations to the National Council of Women, based on transparency; circulation of information; and collaboration between state institutions, community, survivors of violence and the beneficiaries of the strategy.
