More than one million refugees from Syria lives in Lebanon, of which almost 26% are women above 18 years. This report summarizes the difficulties that face Syrian and Palestinian women refugees, fleeing from the Syrian conflict to Lebanon, where many of them became breadwinners. This report casts the light on the dangers and abuses that refugee women face, such as gender-based violence and the different types of exploitation, especially sexually.
