This training of trainers manual is part of a project that aims at supporting Polish authorities in improving the skills and capacities of professionals providing protection and support to victims of domestic and gender-based violence. It serves as a resource for trainers to explore some of the benefits and key principles ofmulti-agency work for supporting victims of domestic violence and violence against women. It addresses both, professionals engaged in co-ordinated interventions and trainers. The manual describes the variety of methods that are used in order to train participants and effectively carry out practical exercises.
