This study aims at breaking the silence on youth sexuality in Middle East and North Africa (MENA region) by examining the existing policies and measures on youth sexual and reproductive health. It explains also the challenges youths face especially within conservative societies, highlights young people’s knowledge, attitudes and sexual behaviours in the region. Finally it emphasizes on the importance of informing young people about sexual and reproductive health and the importance to expand these services to the younger social stratum.
