This report analyses quantitative data relating to female trends in using the support line, between January 2011 and October 2013. The variables used in this report are: the reason of contact, the year, the age group and the type of violence. This analysis comes as part of the efforts to improve and develop the work of the hotline. The report aims as well, to shed light on the issues of women and girls of all generations, especially those related to violence, and to raise awareness about the possibilities of obtaining assistance, addressing decision-makers to take into consideration women's rights in their policies.
