This report discusses the listening centre practices to support victims of violence and its tools, approaches and challenges. It aims at improving its effectiveness, highlighting the achievements of actors in the field, identifying the emerging needs.It also defines the best practices in helping the victims of gender-based violence and their contribution to the performances of this centre.
