Even with the progress achieved in closing the gender gap, especially in education, a huge gender gap in the economic activity still persists in the MENA region.The book gives an overview of approaches and measures in eighteen of the Middle East and Northern Africa´s economies to promote, support and advance women's entrepreneurship development. It covers issues like access to credit and business development services, information on data collection and research on women entrepreneurs in the region.
