This report examines gender parity on company boards in 11 European countries: Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, the United Kingdom, Iceland and Latvia. It analyses data from October 2011 until April 2014 and tracks developments, progress and stagnation regarding women on company board in these countries. The report is part of an ongoing work to ensure that parity at all levels of decision-making becomes reality.
