This qualitative study, confined to a sample sized of 36 cases, monitors several violations against Palestinian women in Gaza Strip and the West Bank. It is based on true cases and stories of Palestinian women and stresses the many causes and consequences of violence against women. It also discusses the elements that contribute to this violence, such as the ignorance of many women of their rights and measures to be followed to protect those rights from violation.The study seeks to define the different type of violations women are exposed in Palestine and their impacts.
