The report analyses the trends in terms of employment in the United Kingdom from a gender perspective between 1971 and 2013. It focuses on many variables, such employment sectors, the gap between mothers in a couple and single mothers, the proportion of women within managerial roles, and so on. Some data is analysed by geographic region and through comparisons with other European countries.
