Recommendation of the Council on gender equality in education, employment and entrepreneurship (Adopted by the Council at Ministerial Level on 29 May 2013)

In this document, the members of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) commit to adopting practices promoting gender equality in education, implement family-friendly policies at work and help women gain more employment opportunities. The states should also take other measures, notably in the field of representation in decision-making positions, reduction of pay gaps between men and women, elimination of sexual harassment at work and the promotion of women's entrepreneurship.
