This report reviews the most important legislation, institutional arrangements and policy programmes on gender equality in Lithuania. It covers six key thematic areas: equal economic independence for women and men, private and professional life reconciliation, equal participation in decision-making, eradication of all forms of gender-based violence, public attitudes towards equality, and reproductive rights.
