This report analyses the gender representation in top level positions and in diverse fields: business corporations, workers' and employers' associations, media and editorial offices, academic authorities, official colleges governing liberal professions, NGOs, the political world, the judicial power, the army, the public administration and the National Bank. The publication, focused on the issue of gender equality at the top of the hierarchy, seeks to stimulate debate on the presence of women in the decision-making bodies and raise awareness among policy-makers and the general public.
