This report proposes three pillars of analysis to corporations (around 300 employees) in order to help them to produce a report on the state of women's and men's employment and training as well as a key diagnosis element prior to the production of action plans. These three complementary action lines enable analysis of the possible pay gaps between women and men, their direct or indirect causes, the structural phenomena that influence career progress, and a comparison of the work conditions in the enterprises.
This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
