This survey was conducted among 361 women engineers and technicians from the industry, transport and energy sectors for the 1st Week of Industry 2011. The objective was to bring together their views on their training, professional career, job performance, pay and the future of their industrial sector, as well as their analysis of the most promising sectors for the next generations.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
