The study has been carried out based on data from annual surveys of the National Council of Engineers and Scientists of France (CNISF in French) and the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE). It provides detailed information on women engineers and scientists in France and on the underlying trends emerging for this population group in terms of training, employment, pay and career choice.
