This publication presents all relevant European Court of Justice (ECJ) case law pertaining to equal treatment between women and men and the fight against discrimination since 1971. It reviews key facts of each case as well as the questions asked to the ECJ and its final judgements in the fields of employment and social affairs (such as, access to employment, maternity leave, pay, and so on). The decisions are presented chronologically and alphabetically.
