This book was conceived as support material for equality education aimed at professionals from education centres, notably secondary schools. The work pays tribute to women who have achieved high level positions in the private and institutional sectors. The first chapter introduces the theoretical approach and acts as an overall connecting thread as it defines the objectives, fields of application and educational methods. Each of the following six chapters focuses on a professional sector: sport; business; health; education and science; communication; law; art and culture; social development; and politics.
