The aim of the publication is twofold: it summarizes the workshop “How to address threats to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in Central and Eastern Europe”, which took place in 2011 in Warsaw, and presents the current situation regarding reproductive health and respect for sexual and reproductive rights in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Further, it provides information on the European Union’s (EU) commitments in terms of SRHR, the legal status of SRHR in CEE and data on the implementation of international agreements in the national legal and health systems.
