This kit is aimed at member organizations of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network, as well as human rights organizations and other civil society groups. It seeks to enhance the integration of the gender and women' s rights dimension in their policies, programmes and interventions. It is both a theoretical and practical tool providing methods and exercises enabling discussion of the concepts linked to gender equality and analysis of the causes and manifestations of gender inequality within organizations and specific contexts.
