15.05.2015 / Created by (EMWF)

This publication, aimed at public servants, seeks to introduce the approach of the European Institute for Gender Equality into the collection, processing and dissemination of good practices in gender mainstreaming. It seeks to enhance gender mainstreaming in gender equality policies and to increase awareness of the potential of these experiences in terms of reduced gender inequalities. The document analyses six examples of good practices in gender mainstreaming training in five EU Member States (Austria, Spain, Poland, United Kingdom and Sweden) and in the work of the European Commission.
