The brochurepresents the seven demands of the group "London 2012 for the implementation of the Olympic Charter". Its objective is to remind the International Olympic Committee that its first mission is to implement the principles of equality and neutrality included in the Olympic Charter, which states rejection of all forms of discrimination based on race and gender. The brochure addresses several issues, such as the results achieved by women and the persistent discrimination towards women in the world of sport.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
