This report introduces 10 good practices aimed at employers wishing to engage in the promotion of professional equality and parenthood among their male fellow employees, managers and directors. The objective is to guide the cultural, organizational and managerial transformation of the enterprises enabling professional and family responsibilities to be shared equally. They are the result of the exchanges carried out with more than 500 enterprises.
This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
