11.05.2022 / Created by (EMWF)

After her historical introduction to the Sahrawi conflict, the author of the report on Sahrawi refugee camps, Inès Daoudi, focuses on the situation of women in this context.

She discusses the political will to integrate these women and their empowerment in the refugee camps.

In the end, she offers a reflection on freedom of movement under threat: when the rights of girls and women are hindered.
