To mark this year’s #MenstrualHygieneDay Young Feminist Europe is organizing a joint event to raise awareness among the European youth and wider population on the issue of period poverty in Europe.
The event will take place the 2nd of June on Zoom at 7pm CEST
Join Young Feminist Europe and other European youth activists/organisations will:
- showcase diverse initiatives
- share good practices
- raise awareness around what is done and could be done in Europe to fight period poverty.
This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
