On the occasion of the launch of the Gender Experts platform, the project is organising the webinar
"Women Gender Experts: the challenge of making gender visible and mediatising it as an expertise in its own right".
The webinar will take place on Thursday 6 May at 6pm and will be attended by Marlène Coulomb-Gully, professor of communication at the University of Toulouse 2 - Jean Jaurès and an expert on the representation of women in the media, and Lénaïg Bredoux, journalist at Mediapart and France’s first "gender editor".

The project team regularly organises media-training courses for female experts. It also visibilizes gender experts through a blog and a podcast "Expertes en tous genre(s)", the trailer of which you can find here.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
