Tunisia: EBRD helps women entrepreneurs move to digital era

Are you a woman entrepreneur? Looking to improve your managerial performance and develop new skills? The EBRD invites you to participate free of charge in its online training workshop on the following theme: “Digital Marketing”, led by expert Mr Lassaad Ghachem. Eight 3-hour group sessions and a one-on-one session with the trainer will take place from 15 April to 7 May.

 

The topics covered in this workshop are Introduction to digital and eCommerce marketing;

  • How to develop a digital marketing strategy and plan;
  • Development and optimization of your Web presence;
  • Successful customer experience management (online/offline);
  • Acquire practical knowledge on customer loyalty in times of crisis;
  • Exploiting digital in crisis management;
  • The rules of storytelling in the digital age.

This training is fully funded by the European Union in Tunisia in the framework of PACS, the Support Programme to Services Competitiveness.
